RETURNS POLICY


WHAT TO DO:  We are sorry you weren't satisfied with your Graffiti Collective purchase.  Please email us at hello@graffiticollective.com with your order number, product(s) you want to exchange or return, and your reason for return and we will do the rest.


TIMING OF YOUR RETURN:  Just make sure you return within 30 days of receiving your order.  Don't forget the order # with the return.


GIFTS:  

If you have received a gift, just make sure you to let us know when you email hello@graffiticollective.com with the order number for the return or exchange.  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will send you a Graffiti Collective gift credit once the return is received.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


SHIPPING:  Graffiti Collective packages do not contain a return slip, but email us at hello@graffiticollective.com and we will help you with your return or exchange.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
