ORDERS

  • First of all...thanks for shopping Graffiti Collective!  Your order will take 1-2 business days to be processed. Orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the next business day.  



ORDER STATUS

  • Once your order is processed, you should get an email notifying you that it’s on the way.  You can track your shipment right from that email or log into your account on graffiticollective.com and track your order from there.

*NOTE:   Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

  • To change or cancel an order, please contact us via email at hello@graffiticollective.com as quickly as you can post ordering.  We try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible but will do our best to accommodate.

TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK

We will try to let you know if something is out of stock while you are shopping.   If it goes out of stock at the time of your order, you will get an email notifying you of the approximate date it will be back in stock.  Feel free to email us at hello@graffiticollective.com if you have questions or need more information on the availability of a product.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

 

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We must limit orders to four of any single item, with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@graffiticollective.com.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

If you have a Graffiti Collective promotion code, you can enter your promotion code in the text box marked “Promotion Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. Once the code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page prior to completing your purchase.

What makes Graffiti Collective different from other beauty brands?  

We are a street beauty brand...which means we create products that hustle.  They are bold, fearless and made for everyone. At Graffiti, skincare is a source of confidence. We blend raw natural ingredients and bold color to bring out the game face in everyone.  We spent a year in the lab collaborating with formula experts to select every ingredient and create an entirely new way to cleanse and hydrate. No off-the-shelf formulas for us...each product has been custom created to apply on like paint, feel good from the moment it hits your skin, to unlock the power of raw natural ingredients and leave your face feeling better than ever.  Inspired by the urban art scene, each color has its own story. Every formula has its own power. It's face care for real people... no fairy dust.

What skin types are Graffiti Collective products suitable for?

Graffiti Collective is all about fearless facecare for everyone.  Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, allergy tested, vegan, paraben free and sulfate free.  The full ingredient list for each product is also available on each individual product page.

 

When will my products expire?

While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 2 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality...but we think you’ll love your street beauty fix so much that this won’t even be an issue.  But, if you do have an issue, email us at hello@graffiticollective.com.

 

Do you test on animals?

We are against animal testing and our products are vegan.  So, to answer your question - no we don’t.

 

Can your products be resold on my site?

Graffiti Collective products are for your personal use.  By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use
